1. Acceptance of the terms

By accessing and using tiradadetarot.com, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you must not use this website.

2. Description of the service

tiradadetarot.com offers a free entertainment service consisting of virtual tarot readings with the 22 Major Arcana of the Tarot of Marseille. The service includes:

• Interactive tarot and cartomancy spreads.
• Interpretations generated by artificial intelligence.
• The ability to save and share the results.

3. Nature of the service

The tarot readings offered are of an exclusively recreational and entertainment nature. They do not constitute real predictions or professional advice of any kind (medical, psychological, financial, legal or otherwise).

The user acknowledges and accepts that the results are generated randomly and that the interpretations are for guidance only.

4. Use of the service

The user undertakes to:

• Use the service responsibly and in accordance with the law.
• Not use the service for commercial purposes without authorization.
• Not attempt to access restricted areas of the site or tamper with its operation.
• Provide truthful information when supplying personal data.

5. Intellectual property

All contents, designs, texts, graphics and software of this site are the property of Blooming Dunes Marketing FZCO or of its licensors. Their reproduction without authorization is prohibited.

6. Limitation of liability

Blooming Dunes Marketing FZCO shall not be liable for:

• Decisions made by the user based on the tarot readings.
• Temporary interruptions of the service due to maintenance or technical causes.
• Possible inaccuracies in the interpretations generated by artificial intelligence.
• Contents of third-party websites linked from this site.

7. Minimum age

The use of this service is intended for those over 18 years of age. By using the site, you declare that you meet this age requirement.

8. Payments, products and subscription

In addition to the free features, the site offers paid products:

• Full Life Reading: a one-time payment that unlocks the full version of a specific Life Reading.
• Unlimited Plan: a recurring paid subscription (€4.99/month or €39/year) with expanded access and a reasonable usage limit (up to 30 spreads and 3 full Life Readings per day).

Payments are processed through Stripe. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or annual) at the current price, until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time from "My account" (Stripe portal): cancellation stops future renewals and you keep access until the end of the period already paid. If a renewal charge fails, access to the Unlimited Plan may be suspended.

Given the digital and immediate-consumption nature of the content, unless the applicable law provides otherwise, amounts already paid are non-refundable once the reading has been generated or unlocked. For any issue with a payment, write to us at [email protected].

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective from their publication on this page. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of the updated terms.

10. Applicable law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. For any dispute, the courts and tribunals of Dubai, UAE shall have jurisdiction.
