What is Palm Reading?

The Palm Reading or palmistry interprets the lines of the palm to speak about your character, your emotions and your life path. In this beta feature, an artificial intelligence analyzes the photo of your palm, identifies the main lines and gives you back a symbolic, personalized reading. It is self-knowledge and entertainment, not fortune-telling.

How to take a good photo

  1. Open your hand with your fingers slightly apart, without tensing.
  2. Palm toward the camera, not the back.
  3. Good diffuse light: avoid direct flash and harsh shadows.
  4. Plain background behind your hand (a wall, a table, a sheet of paper).
  5. Fit your hand in from the wrist to the base of the fingers.

The four main lines

  • Life line — curves around the base of the thumb; associated with vitality and energy.
  • Head line — crosses the palm; related to how you think and decide.
  • Heart line — below the fingers; speaks of the emotional world and relationships.
  • Fate line — vertical, when present; linked to your life direction and career.
